Location: Chandigarh, India, Remote for Overseas Locations Experience Range: 2- 8 Years relevant in Software Services / IT Managed Services Sales Qualification – Degree/ Diploma in IT or any Discipline, MBA (IT). Role & Responsibilities: • Candidate should have thorough knowledge on Sales Cycle of , IT Sales, International IT Software Services, Inside Sales, HR Consultancy, IT Recruitments, IT Staffing/ Consulting Business Development, Database Management Services/ Database Consulting (Oracle Technologies – core Oracle DBA, eBiz Apps DBA, Exadata) – Onsite-Offshore staffing. • Should have experience in Sales/ Account Management, ideally within the recruitment industry, a start-up or technology sales. • Experience on Web Development/ maintenance projects, eCommerce, Mobile Apps, Hadoop, Big data, Cloud related projects, Infrastructure Management, Custom Software Development/ Support projects, Testing, CAD/ CAE Services etc. will be an advantage. These candidates may not have above mentioned Consulting/ HR Business Development skills. • Should have understanding of CAD/CAE services with focus on delivering business solutions to the Automotive, Electronics and other Manufacturing Industry (Optional). • Should have experience in online bidding portals. • Should be able to acquire new clients. • Should be able to close the sales independently. • Expanding DBA Consulting, IT Sales opportunities in Middle East, Africa regions, Far East, Asia Pacific, US, UK, Canada, Latin America. • Identifying target customer segment and promoting services like Consulting, Development, Education, Support services, ERP systems (Oracle/ SAP), Database Maintenance, Migration, Database Upgrade services. • Involved in Pre-sales activities such as identifying and targeting the high potential prospects through cold calling / email campaigns / webcasts to generate leads from different verticals. • Initiate the process of generating RFP’s, RFPQ’s and RFI’s from potential prospects and respond after qualifying them.
