Job Description
What you can expect to do
· Analyse user behaviour within the platform and derive insights.
· Build user communities within the platform based on similarity of interest.
· Reach out to prospective user communities not yet registered on the platform to engage and sign up
· Devise communication processes such as regular emailers, blogs, webinars, 121 conversations to engage with identified communities
· Facilitate communication on platform and off platform to increase user transactions.
· Support website and platform analytics with focus group discussions, interviews etc.

This is a contract role for 12 months convertible into permanent employment upon mutual agreement.
