  • Identifying hiring needs, creating and posting Job Descriptions
  • Sourcing profiles from Job portals, references, database, employment forums and social media sites
  • Conducting interviews and sorting through applicants to fill open positions.
  • Assessing applicants' knowledge, skills, and experience to best suit open positions.
  • End to End Recruitment handling
  • On boarding & Induction of new joinees.
  • Promoting the company's reputation and attractiveness as a good employment opportunity.
  • Managing Internship programs.
  • Assisting in Employee Engagement programs like Fun@Work, Festivals, CSR, Birthday Celebrations,
  • Team Building & Development Activities.

Looking for Candidate preferable Female.

  • Proven work experience as a Technical and Non-Technical Recruiter
  • The ability to understand and explain job requirements for IT roles.
  • Experience with recruitment processes and databases.
  • Understanding of technology, technical roles and technical skills
  • The ability to efficiently use recruitment portals.
  • Excellent communication skills and Good interpersonal skills.
