Job Description

Roles & Responsibilities

  • Implement overall recruiting strategy
  • Monitor and apply HR recruiting best practices
  • Develop and update job descriptions and job specifications
  • Prepare and regularly update recruitment material in partnership with OD training team
  • Optimally use current recruitment sources (agencies, databases, portal, LinkedIn, referrals)
  • Look for new platforms/sources for talent acquisition
  • Conduct interviews (initial screening) by speaking to candidates and checking salary, ambition alignment with company’s offer, culture fitment. Assess applicants’ relevant knowledge, skills, soft skills, experience and aptitude.
  • Act as a point of contact and build influential candidate relationships during the selection process. This includes communicating over mail/call with candidates (who are yet to join), sharing relevant company articles, other internal (not confidential) updates.
  • Reach out to campuses for appropriate dates w.r.t summer and final placements. Keep campus champion (or any employee from same institute) in loop to get best dates
  • Manage campus processes – approaching concerned stakeholders to pull together an interview panel, getting process prerequisites in place to shortlist students for process.
  • Prepare and share analytical recruiting reports and regular pipeline status


  • Graduate/MBA
  • 1-2 years of experience as Recruiter in any industry
