Job Description
1. Talent acquisition (45%):
a. To understand the hiring requirement and recruit quality manpower within the defined TAT and budget.
2. Talent management (20%): Provide support in:
a. managing the performance management process and building a culture of performance,
b. creating career development plans for team members,
c. creating a competency framework and mapping.
3. Learning and development for building internal capability (20%):
a. training need identification,
b. training plan, content design and creation,
c. own and drive training plan implementation,
d. measuring feedback and outcome
4. Data management and analytics (15%):
a. managing HRIS;
b. managing GMC and GPA data (including vendor relationship)
c. creating monthly reports, trackers and dashboards
5. Support in new initiatives / projects, as required
Minimum Qualification MBA (HR); dual specialization in finance or marketing will be desirable; Additional Degree / Diploma in psychology will be an added advantage
Experience 5 – 7 years Language English, Hindi Knowledge, Skill and Ability
Good communication skills (verbal and written)
Good presentation making and delivery skills
In-depth knowledge in talent acquisition and management
HR data management and analytics
Exposure to statutory compliances (desirable)
Conceptual thinking Technical Knowledge
Good knowledge of excel
Basic knowledge of Power BI / Google studio will be desirable
