Job Description

Job Responsibilities

  • Sourcing candidates through various channels like Portals, Vendors, Internal references and Social media for Non IT profiles
  • Bulk / Volume Hiring
  • Stake holder management & Coordination with respective managers for interview schedule
  • Effectively Utilize tools such as search engines, Job Boards, LinkedIn and Social channels to source candidates
  • Develop candidate talent pipeline through sourcing channels, recruitment campaigns, internet searches, networking groups, social media, database search and referrals.
  • Track and follow-up on all candidates; evaluated on the ability to connect with potential candidates and set interview. Conduct initial phone interview, screens to assess candidate’s skill level, Interest and cultural fit
  • Responsible for the recruitment of candidates against requisitions from the operations team.

Required Skills

  • Minimum 2 – 3 Yrs of hiring experience is mandate
  • Excellent communications skills
  • Stake holder management experience
  • Min. graduation is mandate PG will be an advantage
  • IT or ITES recruitment experience for 2 to 3 years
  • Should work from Office
  • Should have social media and job portal sourcing expertise with Good communication
