Job Description

Onecode offers a wide array of financial products like Credit Cards, Personal Loans and Saving Account etc. to customers in both rural and urban markets. Our Business Consultants are the first level of customer interaction who are responsible for creating new client relationships as well as deepening relationships with the existing clients by offering them other financial products. 


Job Responsibilities 

  • To acquire customers by doing cold calls, meeting walk-ins, associates, referrals from other customers, through emails, direct mails etc.
  • To give the best service to all the customers by understanding their requirements and explaining the products well. 
  • Developing in-depth knowledge of the company's listed products. 
  • Answering customers' questions and escalating complex issues to the Onecode team as needed.
  • Maximising sales of Credit Cards and Personal Loans on the platform. 


As a Business Consultant, you are expected to have :

  • Effective communication skills
  • Exceptional customer service skills
  • Proven sales experience
  • Excellent negotiation and consultative sales skills
  • Sound knowledge of sales strategies and industry regulations
  • Proven track record of achieving sales targets
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
