Job Summary

  • Screening Resumes and sourcing potential candidates from various platforms 
  • Candidate Recruitments
  • Maintaining Employee Records
  • Processing of salaries
  • Job Analysis
  • Designing & updating existing company profile 

Roles & Responsibilities

  • Designing & posting job Descriptions
  • Coordinate with Business Head and line up candidates for interview
  • Complete all new - hire paperwork with candidates who meet the expectation of the job
  • Maintaining all employee records like Attendance, Leave Records etc.
  • Processing Company Payroll & Disbursal of salaries 
  • Handle Disciplinary Actions  
  • Develop fair HR policies and ensure employees understand and comply with them
  • Implement Performance Review Procedures
  • New Joinee / Exit Formalities 

Minimum2-3 yrs of experience, should have Excellent interpersonal & Communication Skills, Demonstrable experience in Recruiting and Negotiating skills, Extensive Knowledge of applicant tracking systems, Strong understanding of HR functions, Methods, Strategies, Procedures, and Policies
