Job Description

We’re looking for an experienced and versatile content strategist who can develop, strategize and execute marketing campaigns for our clients across

Fashion, F&B, Retail and other B2B industries. The ideal candidate will have experience developing and executing marketing campaigns, be comfortable with day-to-day marketing activities as well as long-term strategy, thriving under tight deadlines and working in alignment with our client requirements.  Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Communications or related field (MBA preferred)

 5+ years’ experience in marketing and communications

 Proficiency in electronic marketing automation software such as HubSpot

 Extensive knowledge of marketing strategies, channels, and branding

 Proficiency with online marketing, social media strategy,

 SEO optimization and SEM

 Exceptional analytical and problem-solving skills

 Strong time management and organizational abilities

 Excellent written and verbal communication skills

 Proven experience developing marketing plans and campaigns

 Metrics-driven marketing mind with eye for creativity

 Experience with marketing automation and CRM tools

 Budget-management skills and proficiency

 Analytical skills to forecast and identify trends and challenges

Roles & Responsibilities:

 Performing exhaustive research to gain in-depth knowledge of customer personas for our clients

 Performing extensive research and analysis on consumer thoughts and trends

 Creating specifications and content appropriate for the specific customer personas

 Strategizing content pillars and sub pillars

 Developing content governance guidelines for tone, style, and voice of all content, and ensuring they are followed across all delivery platforms

 Tracking and calculating content ROI

 Ensuring that content strategy meets business objectives

 Strategizing and improving content delivery and promotion

 Oversee all marketing campaigns for our clients

 Co-ordinate between the different verticals of our design and content team, and marketing partners

 Implement strategy and market calendar for the year

 Overseeing branding, advertising, and promotional campaigns

 Developing and managing the marketing department's budget

 Analysing market trends and preparing forecasts

 Preparing quarterly and annual reports on marketing campaign and social media scorecard

 To work with trade shows and other major industry-related events, as per client requirements

Day-to-Day Duties:

 Collaborate with media organizations, vendors and partners

 Brainstorm ideas for new campaigns

 Execute and monitor campaigns, ensuring deadlines and task completion

 Analyse data to evaluate the success of their marketing efforts and come up with new ideas to improve

 Establish positioning, identify target audiences, and develop marketing plans with specific objectives across different channels and segments

 Lead the execution of marketing programs from start to finish, leveraging internal support and driving collaboration

 Analyse customer insights, consumer trends, market analysis, and marketing best practices to build successful strategies

 Partner with email, performance marketing, and web teams to design, test, and evolve lead-nurturing tactics
