Electron JS Developer

I am looking for a developer to create a Scratch application for Windows and MacOS that will be primarily used for educational purposes. The target age group for the application is children between the ages of 7-15.

Specific features and functionalities that I have in mind include:

- Customizable characters and backgrounds

- Interactive tutorials and challenges

- Ability to save and share projects.

- Built-in sound effects and music

The developer should have experience with:

- Developing using scratch open-source applications with electron is hybrid framework.

- Creating applications for both Windows and MacOS using hybrid framework

- Designing user-friendly interfaces for children
